Comprehensive Birth Doula Care for you and your family includes:

• Unlimited phone/text/email support
• On call 24/7 for your birth from 37 weeks
• Two prenatal visits, approximately 2 hours each (All About Birth; Comfort Measures & Interventions)
• Optional: third prenatal visit ($100 + HST), approximately 2 hours, with a focus on the postpartum period.
• Continuous labour support
• One postpartum follow-up visit
• Access to my lending library
• Use of an Elle TENS machine
• Complete birth pool setup for home births
• A reliable and similarly practicing back-up doula

Fee: $1400 + HST
